The Company charges 4 levies, 3 monthly levies cover services, catering, and the provision of a health care centre. These levies are set annually, by agreement with the shareholders. The 4th levy is a stabilisation levy, which is deducted from the proceeds on sale of the unit on exit, the percentage payable is dependent on the length of time the unit is owned.

This is a share block company; the levies are based on the size of each unit.

The Company provides additional care and nursing service which are charged separately by agreement with the resident.
